Payment Information

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. All payments made on our website are processed through a secure server for your protection. Our system does not store your credit card information and we do not have access to view your payment information.


Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Pennsylvania. Our shopping cart system calculates the cost of your order based on your order weight and your distance from our location.

USPS Flat Rate Boxes

We utilize USPS Flat Rate Shipping Boxes (currently priced at $9.80) when possible to save you money. You may choose the Flat Rate Shipping option during checkout. Please note that in the event your order will not fit into the flat rate box, you will be contacted. Items such as gift sets and the Electric Tart Burners are too large to ship via Flat Rate Box.

USPS Flat Rate Envelopes

If your order consists of eight bars of soap or less, your order may be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Envelope for $4.60. Please ask for this shipping method in the comments section of checkout. You will then be refunded the difference in shipping cost when your order is complete. Please note that soaps from the Spa Line do not fit into the Flat Rate Envelopes. Envelopes are not as sturdy as shipping boxes, so damage is possible when using this method. We are not responsible for damage incurred to orders being shipped in envelopes.

Shipping Times

USPS Priority Mail usually will get your packages to you in 2-3 business days. We ship our packages daily Monday through Friday.

Shipping Overcharges and Refunds

We know shipping charges are costly, so we make every effort save you money where we can. If your actual shipping costs are more then $1.00 less then you were billed, you will be refunded the difference.

Order Turnaround Time

We hate waiting for packages to arrive! So we know our customers don’t like waiting either. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible (usually around 2 - 4 business days) and will note on our website (on the "News & Specials" page) if we are running under shipping delays. Shipping delays happen around holidays or during sales, so please plan your orders accordingly. Turnaround time is the time from your order placement until it is shipped. It does not include time in transit.


Rush Order Fee

We offer an in-house rush service for $5.00. This will ensure your order will be shipped out the same business day if placed by 8am EST or the next business day if placed after 8am EST.

In House Rush Service may be added to your order from the shopping cart page.


Multiple Order Policies

We are more then happy to combine multiple orders for you to save on shipping. You must contact us (either by email or our Contact Page with your request to combine the orders. We cannot guarantee that orders will be combined if you do not notify us.


Cancellation Policies

We will gladly cancel an order for you, however if the order has been packed there will be a 15% restocking fee. We cannot cancel orders once shipping labels have been printed and they are scheduled for pickup.

Refunds for credit card payments may take 5 - 8 business days to be posted to your account, depending on the bank.


Shipping Insurance

The purchase of shipping insurance is an available option for all domestic and international packages. Please notify us via the comments section of the shopping cart if you desire shipping insurance to be added to your order. Because we cannot control the fate of packages once they leave our hands, we are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is available at an additional charge. Though lost or damaged shipments are very rare, they can happen especially during high volume shipping times. We are happy to add free shipping insurance to all retail orders over $100.00.

Current USPS insurance rates are as follows:
$1.35 up to $50.00
$2.30 from $50.01 to $100.00


Return Policies

We stand by our products 100%. We will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to you. We must be notified within 48 hours of any damages. We will ask that you send the items back to us so we can verify the problem. Once we receive the merchandise, we will immediately send you a replacement and reimburse you for the shipping charges you incurred in sending the product back. You must contact us prior to sending your package back to us or we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return.

Returns for any other reason then damage are not accepted due to the personal nature of our products. If you are unsure of a product or scent, please order the smallest size possible.


International Ordering and Shipping

We gladly accept orders international orders. We ship all international orders via the United States Postal Service.

December 2007:
Until further notice, all international order will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate Boxes. Flat Rate boxes are currently $23.00 to Canada and $37.00 to all other countries. To avoid any delays in your order processing, please choose your appropriate shipping method at checkout.

Customs paperwork is filled out completely and accurately for all orders. You are responsible for knowing the customs laws for your country.

All international orders will ship on Tuesdays only. We must receive your order by 9:00 AM EST on Tuesdays for your order to ship that day. Normal posted turnaround time will still apply to your order. (EXAMPLE If we are running under a three day turnaround time, your order will be packed and shipping cost will be billed by the third business day and then your order will ship the next Tuesday. If we are unable to make a Tuesday drop, packages will be shipped the following day and you will be notified for the delay.

Alcohol based perfumes cannot be shipped internationally. Additionally, Tart Warmers and Candle Melter Combos cannot be shipped internationally due to their size.

We are still trying to make the ordering process even easier for our internationals customers. Our goal is to be able to set up the shopping cart so that it will be able to accurately determine shipping costs for international orders so that you may pay for your entire order all at once.
