Wylde Ivy accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. All payments made on the website are processed through a secure server for your protection. Payments are processed automatically at the time of order and then payment information is deleted. Our system does not store your credit card information and we do not have access to view it.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post from Pennsylvania. Orders containing perfumes, perfume samples, or Body Mists will automatically ship via Parcel Post. USPS Priority Mail usually will get your packages to you in 2-3 business days and Parcel Post takes 5-8 days in transit. We ship our packages daily Monday through Friday.
Order Turnaround Time
We strive to prepare and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Wylde Ivy products are handmade fresh at the time you order (with the exception of our soaps which cure for at least a month before they are sold). Turnaround time may be up to six business days. Turnaround time is the time from your order placement until it is shipped. It does not include time in transit. Any updates or extensions of turnaround time can be found on the News and Specials page.
We will gladly cancel an order for you, however if products have been prepared there will be a 15% restocking fee. We cannot cancel orders once shipping labels have been printed and they are scheduled for pickup. Refunds for credit card payments may take 5 - 8 business days to be posted to your account, depending on the bank.
The purchase of shipping insurance is an available option for all domestic and international packages. Because we cannot control the fate of packages once they leave our hands, we are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is available at an additional charge. Though lost or damaged shipments are very rare, they can happen especially during high volume shipping times. Shipping insurance my be added to your order by clicking here.
We stand by our products 100%. We will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to you. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any damages. We will ask that you send the items back to us so we can verify the problem. Once we receive the merchandise, we will immediately send you a replacement and reimburse you for the shipping charges you incurred in sending the product back. You must contact us prior to sending your package back to us or we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return.
Returns for any other reason then damage are not accepted due to the personal nature of our products. If you are unsure of a scent, please consider purchasing a sample before committing to larger sizes.
